Seasonal Activities

During the summer months, Radi transforms into a vibrant hub for water activities, sports, and entertainment events. Guests can engage in various water sports or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. As autumn approaches, the landscape bursts into a riot of colors, providing a tranquil atmosphere perfect for those looking to unwind and connect with nature. It's also an excellent time for mushroom foraging.

Winter at Radi offers a cozy experience with the opportunity to warm up in a traditional sauna and then take a refreshing dip in a hole cut into the ice of the lake. Spring brings the beauty of nature back to life, with the chance to observe swans, ducks, and even cranes in their natural habitat.

Guest Capacity and Accommodations

Radi can accommodate up to 150 guests during the summer season, while from autumn to spring, it is perfect for smaller groups of up to 30. The retreat features 10 bedrooms, providing ample space for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Unique Sauna Experience

One of the standout features of Radi is its wet Latvian sauna, which offers unparalleled relaxation opportunities. The host, Pēteris, provides a unique sauna experience that includes special herbal whisking procedures. Guests can enjoy different herbal bundles, therapeutic oils, and the refreshing experience of swimming in the lake, even in winter. The soothing atmosphere is complemented by herbal teas, fragrant honey, and the fresh air of the surrounding nature.

Due to the individualized approach required for the sauna experience, Radi accommodates a maximum of four guests at a time. However, the sauna can also be enjoyed without a sauna master, allowing guests to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy their own sauna experience.

Consultation Services

Pēteris Donga, the sauna expert, offers consultation services for those interested in sauna construction and planning. He provides practical advice on sauna placement and layout, ensuring a perfect sauna experience tailored to individual preferences.
