The accuracy and completeness of all listing content is the sole responsibility of the accommodation provider. Specifically:

–      Accommodation providers are responsible for ensuring that all descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other listing information are accurate and up to date.

–      We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing published on the platform.

–      We reserve the right to edit, refuse, suspend, or remove any listing at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

4.  Third-Party Booking Systems and Affiliate Links

VissAtputai.lv reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

–      Integrate third-party booking systems into the platform.

–      Display affiliate links and commercial partnerships.

–      Redirect users to external booking platforms to complete reservations.

–      Cooperate with external travel, accommodation, or reservation partners, including Booking.com and similar services.

Certain listings, prices, availability calendars, and booking functionalities may be supplied by third-party systems. Accordingly, the platform accepts no responsibility for:

–      Third-party pricing accuracy or display errors.

–      Real-time booking availability or reservation conflicts.

–      Payment processing or financial transactions conducted on external platforms.

–      Cancellations, refunds, or dispute resolution related to third-party bookings.

–      External platform policies, terms, or privacy practices.

–      Technical errors, synchronisation delays, or system outages.

–      Changes made by third-party providers without prior notice.

–      Payment of applicable taxes, licensing fees, and obtaining all necessary permits.

–      The quality, safety, and condition of the accommodation offered.

–      The management of refunds and cancellations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.  Payments, Pricing and Fees

All financial matters relating to bookings and accommodation are subject to the following conditions:

–      Your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees for international or cross-border transactions. We recommend contacting your financial institution for information regarding applicable charges and exchange rates.

–      Accommodation prices, taxes, service fees, availability, and booking conditions are subject to change at any time and may be supplied through third-party booking systems, affiliate partners, or external reservation platforms, including Booking.com and similar services.

–      VissAtputai.lvdoes not warrant that displayed prices, availability, or booking information are always current, complete, or free from error.

–      In the event of any discrepancy between the prices or conditions displayed on VissAtputai.lv and those presented on a third-party booking platform, the final price and booking conditions confirmed by the external provider at the time of reservation shall prevail.

–      Prices may vary based on seasonality, occupancy levels, provider settings, currency exchange fluctuations, taxes, or changes imposed by external platforms.

–      The platform reserves the right to amend pricing, commissions, subscription fees, listing costs, or service charges at any time without prior notice.

–      All provider subscription fees are charged on an annual basis unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

8.  Automatic Renewal

Provider subscriptions are subject to automatic annual renewal in accordance with the following terms:

–      Subscriptions will automatically renew for the subsequent yearly period unless the provider submits a cancellation notice by email at least one (1) calendar month prior to the expiry of the current agreement period.

–      Failure to provide timely written notice of cancellation will result in the automatic continuation of the agreement for a further term, together with all applicable fees and conditions in force at that time.

9.  Intellectual Property

All content published on the VissAtputai.lv platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, and design elements, is the exclusive property of VissAtputai.lv unless expressly stated otherwise. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

10.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VissAtputai.lv expressly excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with:

–      Use of, or inability to use, the platform.

–      Booking disputes between guests and accommodation providers.

–      The quality, safety, or condition of any listed accommodation.

–      Cancellations or changes to reservations.

–      Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading listing information.

–      Third-party services, platforms, or external systems.

–      Technical interruptions, outages, or system failures.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable mandatory law.

11.  Account Suspension or Termination

VissAtputai.lv reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, listing, or access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or where such action is deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of its users.

12.  Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those updated Terms.
