Agreement

These terms govern your use of our vacation listing platform. By using the service, you agree to the following.

Role of the platform

• The platform acts solely as an intermediary between you and accommodation providers. We do not own, manage, or control any property and are not responsible for the conduct of providers or the accuracy of all listing information.
• Any contract for accommodation is between you and the provider. The platform is not a party to that contract.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of the platform, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

Payments

Your bank or card issuer may charge fees for international or cross-border transactions. For questions about fees or exchange rates, contact your bank or card issuer.
